ITINERARY

DAY 1

AM – Transfer in

Airport pick-up: the guide will meet you and take you to Puerto Ayora to check in at your hotel and have lunch.

PM – Charles Darwin Station

After lunch, you will visit the Charles Darwin Foundation, dedicated to the conservation of Galapagos wildlife and plants. The station is home to land iguanas and the famous giant tortoises, which are studied and protected there.

DAY 2

AM – Tortuga Bay

We will meet at the agency to start the day’s activities. The walk to Tortuga Bay takes 40 minutes. The first beach is called Playa Brava; walking along it you reach Playa Mansa, a calm spot ideal for snorkeling and enjoying the surrounding nature.

PM – Santa Cruz Highlands

After lunch, we will meet again at the agency for the second activity of the day: a visit to the island’s highlands. On this tour we will visit Los Gemelos and El Chato Ranch, where we will discover lava tunnels and giant tortoises in their natural habitat.

DAY 3

AM – Bay Tour

Meet at the agency to discover the surroundings of Puerto Ayora on the Bay Tour. You will visit several spots such as the Shark Channel, the Love Channel, Playa de los Perros and Las Grietas, where you can swim and enjoy unique rock formations and crystal-clear water.

DAY 4

AM – Transfer out

Pick-up at your hotel and transfer to Baltra airport for your flight home.
